Foie gras, prime rib eye and skirt steak. A new steak house has opened up in the South Bay. The Arthur J is now open in Manhattan Beach!  The Arthur J is named for the owners Chris and Mike Simms’ grandfather. David LeFevre opened this restaurant after his successes with M.B. Post and Fishing With Dynamite.
