Three major fires have wreaked havoc on California and many have lost everything. Here are a few organizations that you can donate to help fire victims:

The American Red Cross

The American Red Cross has been helping tremendously by developing evacuation centers for the fire victims affected, including pets. You can visit redcross.org and select “California Wildfires” to make your contribution. Call 1-800-RED CROSS or text the word CAWILDFIRES to 90999 to make a $10 donation.

United Way

United Way created a Disaster Relief Fund for the low-income neighbors of Southern California that have been affected by the recent fires. The funds will primarily serve as long-term support for victims. Make your donations here if you wish to help.

The California Fire Foundation

The California Fire Foundation is helping survivors by utilizing their Supplying Aid to Victims of Emergency (SAVE) program. The program “provides emergency short-term financial assistance to fire and natural disaster victims in California year-round, including both firefighters and civilians.” Click here to donate towards the SAVE program and help fire victims.
