Caló Kitchen has a trendy upscale vibe, with high ceilings, black tufted bar stools, and beautifully patterned tile. All these make it an ideal spot for date night, a night out with the girls, or your go to bar for trying out new tequilas.

One of Caló Kitchen’s specialties is that they serve “small batch hand-made” tequilas, meant for sipping. This type of tequila is called “Tahona Style” tequila, it is made using 3,000 pound volcanic stone that crushes the agave hearts to separate the juices from the pulp. This more traditional style takes much longer to produce, but results in smoother and sweeter tequila which makes it better for sipping.

Finally, their menu boasts Mexican favorites like Shrimp and Crab Enchiladas, Pork Chile Verde, Chicken Flautas, and a Crispy Chimichanga. There is something on the menu for every taste, with vegetarian options and a children’s menu making it family friendly. Plus they bring out complimentary chips with salsa and a warm black bean dip which is supposed to be to die for.
